Reports
A report in KeyOne is an HTML document with live data tags. You write it once; every time it is opened or printed, the numbers are read fresh from your own data. About 2 minutes.
Route: /app/reports — the card grid of your saved reports.
/app/reports/:id opens one to view or edit.
What a report actually is
Not a widget grid, and not a builder. A report is an HTML document you (or
KeyChat) write, containing <ko-*> tags that resolve against saved queries at
render time. There is no separate report-definition workflow, no filter bar, no
tabs and no metric catalogue — the document IS the definition.
Because the tags are bound to live queries, every view and every print reflects the numbers at that moment. There is no run queue and no snapshot to go stale.
Producing a report
- Open Reports and pick the report you want, or create one.
- Read it on screen — the live tags have already resolved.
- Use ⇩ Export HTML to download the document, or ⎙ Print to open a print-ready view and save it as a PDF.
Recurring packs (QBRs, distribution reviews, field performance)
Write the pack once, with the queries it needs behind its live tags, and open it again whenever the review comes around — the numbers are current each time, so there is nothing to rebuild.
